What are the shipping options?

We currently offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. Orders within New Zealand are shipped via Courier Post for a flat rate of $7 nationwide. Australian orders are shipped via NZPost for a flat rate of $25. We are looking into shipping options for other international destinations - currently if you would like to place an international order outside of NZ and AU please email us at hellosomethingcommon@gmail.com and we will arrange the shipping options with you. 

Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us at hellosomethingcommon@gmail.com to arrange international shipping. We currently only offer NZ and AU shipping directly from our website. 

What is the return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please contact us within 30 days. We offer free returns within this time frame as long as your items are in their original condition and have not been washed. You can return your Something Common product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method - please note we are unable to refund shipping costs. To initiate a return please email hellosomethingcommon@gmail.com

Which size will be right? 

All Something Common garments are designed to have a generous, floaty fit hopefully allowing little ones to be in each size as long as possible. From all our size testing, purchase true to the age of your little one with the idea they will grow into the size.

 

Can I update the address once I've completed my purchase?

If the address on your order is incorrect, please email hellosomethingcommon@gmail.com with the correct address as soon as possible so we can update this before your order is dispatched.

I am having trouble placing an order. What can I do?

If you are having trouble placing an order on our website we would be happy to help. You can email us at hellosomethingcommon@gmail.com with your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include your contact details if you would prefer we give you a call instead of an email.
